Those who are within the respective merit should start preparing for the written part. Exams expected in september

Everything thing is now upside down. Those who were first opposing the so called rational rule now consider it worthy just because they are lucky enough to get through the ST. Their ratta has helped them indeed. If we are to consider the rationality and other things like that, then according to my opinion they should called 1: 5 for the interview. Why they are conducting these papers when they have no resources? Direct calling to interview will definitely help them save millions of rupees and time....
One thing more since I have also qualified and I'm a little bit relaxed but the strange change of believe and attitude here in CSS forum remind me of one thing. In this world noting is important other then a person's self interest. Those who are qualified indeed are thinking that now there is no or less competition. The Darwin concept of the survival of the fittest is indeed true.

These rules have become obsolete and need to change for the better. At least the ability tests must be standardized ones as is the GRE etc. Although I qualified the ability test for the PMS written exam, but I don't think that it was standardized in any respect. Definitely it is a good initiative to screen out as many candidates as the commission may deem it fit corresponding to resources at their disposal.

Who said that those who qualified are calling this 25/1 rationale? At least not me nor the many veterans who have qualified the screening. Trust me, the merit will come down again. This is kppsc we are talking about.
