The reason why our bureaucracy don't care for people and indulge in corrupt practices is the direct collary of the recruitment process streched over years..they have virtually hanged majority of this province competent youth from the last 4 years..and majority of them are not going to clears this so called competitive exam..wastage of precious time

Actually, not just kppsc but every other public sector is like this. It's been 1 month since I joined a PSC and every day is a shocker for me. Literally, the public sector is living in the 20th century and they are not ready to change themselves to the recent trends.

This time KPPSC is showing utter level of incompetence..
Irony is , that KPPSC is in no mood to take the responsibility of getting the things done ..

The result is taking too much time--which is extraordinary. What is the solid reason behind it? It can be assumed that the commission is incompetent but this even looks naive now.

There wouldn't be any thread longer than this one here. There has been talk of another ads since long which is told to be ready. But this result which should have been out by now is already taking so much time that it seems to have lost its relevance and attraction.

I called KPPSC and the person on phone replied, 6000 candidates appeared and its 12 papers per candidate which means we have to check 72000 papers , it will take some time probably October end will be the time of result
