It will be this year.

28th sept will be the nail in the coffin as court will most likely favour kppsc.

Exam will be in oct or early Nov.

Because for whatever decision they made on 20 Sept they have to finalize their homework to cnduct exam e.g. exam halls, paper making etc. So far they have not moved forward due to uncertainity (anyone with authentic info may correct me on this ).

So i think they will need min 2 to 3 months to complete rest of the things which they will initiate after 20 Sept.

Exam will be this year no matter what. Even from legal point of view the commission is secured

Actually got this info yesterday, the commission has already prepared 2 schedules for the pms exams. Depending on the situtation, they can use anyone of the 2
