PMS exam is scheduled for late November. As per my chirrya, commission is not going to reduce the merit. Sources proved reliable in past.

Is the postponement of ability tests by kppsc correlated to the schedule of the pms exam in any way?

No way. Ability tests will be conducted before PMS exam as per govt requirements. It means that PMS will be delayed further.

I made a complaint on PM Portal, and the official response by the commission was that commission will decide the matter of reducing merit after decision of PHC, and further that exam is to conducted in Nov/Dec subject to availability of halls.
