I am asking whether these cut-off marks have been set after executing the 25/1 formula or not?

Yes they've been set after the 25/1 policy

I scored 77/100 within merit. However, i am against this 25/1 policy and such high merit placed by kppsc

Yes, it just looks odd when a test testing our ability of rote memorization disqualifies someone who is short of mere one mark, let alone a few marks. All the commission can do in our favour is to change the pattern of screening tests. For example, they should be something like the GRE etc.

Even test quality wa pathetic ; same like Kppsc reputation.

Almost 15 - 20 mcqs' area was repated in evening session so definetly someone admit it or not evening batch aspirants got 5 to 10 marks extra due to having test in the evening session.

25:1 policy must be revisited by kppsc. Atleast 50 to 60 % threshold must be set in general for all (as it is screening test rather than subjective test).

The appearance of a large number of candidates has fallout of its own kind. For example, if ten thousand candidates appear in a competitive exam, their papers amount to one hundred twenty thousand. Just imagine how many checkers will have to be hired for the job! I don't think that a commission which is not even capable of preparing standardized screening tests will be in a position to get such an exceptionally large number of papers checked as properly and as justly as it may be required to do.

In pms 2018, 13k candidates appeared and the result was announced in 9 months. I was among the qualifiers
