The judges are on vacation and the next hearing date is 16 july

Following is the crux
1) 25/1 policy is illogical and baseless
2) why commission want to decrease number of candidates and if they want they should keep threshold at 40 percent as jn 2018 and 2016
3) why the amendment was not foretold before and why it was not raised with cabinet

Decision is yet to be announced since kppsc lawyers in last hearing asked for some time
