Help for Pashto Paper
 

Salam to all,
Dears can anybody from NWFP who have opted and got good marks in pashto, tell me the techniques for getting good marks, atleast 80 and preparation strategy. i shall be thankful.

it is good to opt for pashton in the CSS examination even if you dont know much about it. but its a mistake if you do so in the provincial examination if you dont have a grip over the subject.

rora for getting good marks in pashto u should thorougly study "PAHANA" .... if u have tym then go through M.A Pashto course which available easily in markets and in pashto department of psh university.......

well first of all u must have the only book available and every css candidat use it that is POHANA by katozai sahab....

kushal baba and rahaman baba are must questions in paper so use the books.... DA KUSHAL MUTALIA and DA RAHMAN MUTALIA of university publishers and study differnt aspects of their poetry...

well MATALOONA is an imp part of paper.... there is a book ROHI MATALOONA of Nawaz tayer..... it will be helpfull.

some other aspects like TAPA SANDARA etc PUKHTOONWALI are available in POHANA book.... and other books are also availble for it.....

u can have these and other books from peshawar university pushtho acadmy bookshop.

Dear Khan
I opted my pushto as optional paper in 2007 and I got 84 marks. I am setting in 2009 css exams.
My method is very simple.
If you want to achieve high marks in pushto you will have to attemp translation from english into pushto and pushto into english. you will have to work on english proverbs and will find its english equalants.
Next you will study :
Khushal Baba
Rehman Baba
Hamza Baba
I am sure if you work on these topics 90 marks is sure

as in pusto paper u have to attempt 5 qs in all so 1 of objectives,,2 qs of english to pushto and pushto to eng transalation and one on poets or pukto adab or a question on tappa will help u grab good scores...i got 81...study dat pohana book pukhto adab laar khod,,,tappa,,roohi mathaloona,,,,and if possible practice writing much on blank pages(no lines), it helps alot
plz don mind if "h" is missing ere ,,,my keypad has a loose 'h' key and it skips typing it
