yar these guys were really discourged k hamaara kia banega,, they are new cubs to the field and certain rumour had boggled thier minds, i wanted to have their brainwaash as a muslim.. u no there was a talk of pms posts selling in our last meeting as our dear friend was taling. i believ his words cos he a reliable man.. but i was reminded of the quote from Chaplin who says,

if u wanna make God laugh, tell him about your future plans',


so as a muslim, we must not believ in what others say about future. u can see Akmal the DMG who had no sifarish yaar he is Tehsildar and also DMG now, who recommended him? Allah. yes. so all the guys are advised to offer thier prayers five times and even six times during 24hours and beg from Allah, He isthe giver yar.... none else....

plz give them few more words... i like the way u think cos we are almost in the same boat. i dont no why the beliefs of these people have shattered in God. Allah says, 'or jub tum ko koi museebat aati hay tu kia Allah ke siwa us se tumhara koi or nikaalny walaa hay?' why dont we cry to seek God's help instead of becoming friends of shaitaan who is our greatest enemy. i dont agree with those who say sifarish and paisa can do everything in the world. if its job, then ok, but if its finding the two eyes for some one then who will give u two eyes for a million rupees or lets say on sifarish...


come on guys there are scores of examples form Ambiaa allaihessalam who say that trust God in any situation. pms exam is also one of such situations in which we need to trust Allah... plz do it. aaal of u...

i want to ask all guys who appeared in pms that
1: how many of them know about the rate a seat is offered?
2: how many can afford it?
3: how many they can sold?
4: do u knw anybody who has bought one?
ANSWER:
it is true that some seat might be sold but how many they can sell, and how many people can buy them, certainly i might afford one but u knw what i wont buy one coz for me its important not to lose my soul.
ceratinly this will be the case with a lot of the people therefore i request all u guys to stop talking about seat selling and concentrate on ur prayers, hardwork and change ur attitude.

i knw guys who hav bought seats in previous pcs,tehsildari and i also knw guys who qualified on merit in these exams, believe me there is a hell of a difference between them.
i knw guys who will buy seats in pms this time and i knw guys who hav qualified css this time and believe me there is a hell of a difference.
dont worry chill up and hav faith in ur ability and hav faith in ALLAH coz he will make sure u get what u deserve regardless of these issues.


PS:" current affairs and english essay are achilles heals in pms, paper checked, marks been loaded to the computer will tak some 10 days, chill up august 1st week result expected."

well when i applied for tehsildar post in feb 2006. the rumours were that the seats are already sold..... i was upset but i went for exam and intervw just for the sake of experince as my aim was not to become a tehsildar rather a CSP.

but i am selected which was unbelivble for me.

ve had a traininfg in PPSA for 4 months and i know every one who qualified with me..... i know those who came through back door and those who burn the midnight oil...... and of course u are tru that there is a differnce of earth and sky between talented and backdoor tehsildars.

everyone laugh at them when they come for any presentation..... chahy koi kitna he serios q na ho aisay tehsildaro ko daik k zaroor hansay ga.

one thing i noted that all those who came by giving bribe have very low marks in written but very high marks in intervw.

my written score is 397 and 120 intw out of 200. while of those more than 150 and 160 and 170 in interw.

i request all those who appeard in PMS not to lose heart work hard as u can and leave every thing on the wish of ALLH....... i hope u will succeed.

aaaahaaa yaar kia karooo 37th common ko buhut miss karta rahoonga.

38th may naheee aasakta bcoz i dropd 2009 exam now preparing for 2010 inshaALLAH 39th may..... waisy be i like odd numbers.
