pms 2008 selection cancelled or not?

i want to know whether the sucessful candidates of pms 2008 got their jobs .i have heard a rumour that everything is cancelled and new exam will be arranged for the posts.is it true?there was some sort of case filled against the selection?
my second question is when will be the next pms exam?

this must be a rumour ....nothing like this as u mentioned has happened....the pass candidates r due to be called for training.....and all of them actually went through the required protocol as per rule........its nothing but a lie..........and next pms is due ....certain rules were required to be corrected in pms .thats why it is late....

do u have any rough idea when will be the next pms exam and what will be the certain rules.are they cutting the age limit or what? by the way what was the age limit for pms 2008. well im 31 this year will i be eligible for the next pms.

well, according to my information,the summary for PMS 2010 was sent but the commission sent it back to revise the rules.....the commission had a tough time because of the rules of PMS 2008......lots of people went to the court and the whole process was delayed because of it .......solid and concrete rules are under consideration to avoid such a situation......and as far as age is concern,it was 30 years for PMS 2008.........and no addition or decrease is expected in this regard.

is there any upper age relaxation.as in many cases its mentioned that its relaxed upto 5 years or something.

well there was used to be an age relaxation by 5 years for the general public in PCS....i mean those who requested for it .....but that rule has been curtailed now ....no age relaxation will be given unless you are a government servant and have worked for 2 years as a government servant....only then you r eligible for the age relaxation......so therefore age limit for general public will be 30 years and that for government servants will be 35 years.

i know what you r going through,.....i also went through a similar situation not very long ago when i was unable to avail my last legitimate chance of appearing in CSS.......its alwayz very tough ......i pray the same fr you......
