Does anyone know whethr the posts of Excise nd taxation officers will be filled through PMS or separate PCS (8Papers) exam will be held for these posts?

These posts were advertised by PPSC during Feb 2010.Last date for these post was 08-03-2010.It is only for Punjab domiciled candidates

these posts(ETOs) hav nt been advertised by NWFP public service commission
