No mention of date for application submission for 2010 or 2011. Is it held ones in a year? Which month is it usually announced??

Default Pms 2010.
PMS 2010 ad is getting delayed because of lack of clear cut rules and regulations regarding issue of "subject" and "paper".
PMS 2009 was not less than a fiasco for KPK, PSC.Establishment has asked them to advertise, after making clear rules.
According to KPK,PSC rules exams are held the same year in which posts are advertised.
