Hello Everyone,

I have done M.Sc economics and I am planning to take Economics, Statistics, Political Science and International Relations as my optional subjects.

what do you suggest...? I really need your help.

well.....
i can suggest u in political science...as it was my subject....
SIMPLY FORGET ABOUT IT.....
very lengthy and not scoring at all..journalism and sociology is good instead....comparatively very easy and high scoring.....

internal relation is good choice...

cant guide u on economics ans stats.....but i have heard that they arent good to opt for....

Thank you for your reply but the thing is how much will Sociology and Journalism will take for preparation?

both these subjects can be handled easily.....
go through the past papers then the syllabus....

after that if u give them reasonable time(8 hrs a day), in 16 days u can cover them both without mcqs....

thanks Allot.as i was also stuck in chosing optional subjects.because of ur suggestion i changed my mind to opt sociology and journalism. before that i chose political science. i need the subjct of high scoring and less time taking in its completion .as i dint study any of the following subject except Computer Science.thats why faced alot of problem while selection.

indo Pak history
journalism
sociology
computer Science
Internationa Relations

bros as i m doing job of 9 hours a day.will i be able to complete my course till the exam.pls share ur experience regarding course completion of per subject in hours per day and total days.i am totaly new to such competative exam.
suggestion most wellcomed

u will be plzd with ur decision of changing subjects inshallah.....
9 hrs a day is quite enough brother....
your main focus shud be on compulsory subjects as the optionals can be handled easily......

and i am a little bit unsure about that indo pak thing....
anyhow i wont confuse you......but it would be better to reconsider it again......

note..i am not trying to confuse you dear...trying to help
