Default Subject Selection

Brothers, in competition exams, when you are going to choose optional subjects, you have to choose such subjects which you have never studied, but you have to choose any of them. The reason behind a number of optional subject is to check your adaptation of variety of subjects.
According to my experience, Sociology., Journalism, and forestry, these three are scoring subjects.
But the best combination is Sociology with Journalism as both are social sciences,
while forestry is a technical subject most related to botany and silviculture.
So I think concentrate on Sociology and Journalism as both are interlinked. moreover, I don't have experience of Pushtoo, but regional languages are also scoring. and I also want to know how to speak Pashtoo as I love this language.

I have studied Sociology and Journalism , so i can share my experience about these two subjects , Journalism is easy , even if you have never studied it ever before , it has no such technicalities.

Sociology also is easy to study , except may be Research methods and another topic or so may seem a little difficult , but even those topics can be understood , however as far as i have experienced the paper is very general and not bookish at all , so for sociology you must know about the Pakistani society , and latest trends and also you must have a good writing power

As the first post of this thread, it has been asked to make a choice between
shud i go for sociology & journalism or
shud i go for selecting journalism & forestry ???????
in reply to this I suggested that Sociology and Journalism both are interlinked as compared to the combination of Journalism & Forestry.
as sociology and journalism both are related to society, the former is related to research and depth of the society and the later is the representation of the society. As you may observe that different societies have different style of journalism and media. Media represents the society.
But Forestry is totally a different subject. I have studied these three subjects. So in preparation there are common concepts and styles in Sociology and Journalism. While forestry is a technical one.

Click on my avatar (the picture of eagle) and it will open my profile. there is my e.mail.
I can't post my e.mail here in the thread as it is against the rules of the forum.
I am using the following books:
Sociology by Shankar Rao
Mass Communication by Imtiaz Shahid
furthermore, the online contents are as well there which is basically study material and not notes.
Ok I start uploading journalism and Sociology study material in relevant threads.
