problem is that every time there is a new month/date for p.m.s exams , its not fix like c.s.s exams, so last time when candidates who gave p.m.s 2008 waited 7 months for p.m.s exams, this time due to floods the provincial minister's of flood effected area's mighty request the chief minister to delay exams in-order to facilitate the candidates in there area's.
there are rumor's that p.m.s would be delayed and will be held after c.s.s and this rule/method will be applied in all Pakistan and p.m.s exams in all provinces will be conducted after c.s.s exams.
so the date of p.m.s exams is doubtful and it's impossible to predict the correct month/date for p.m.s.
i will be very happy if it's taken in December.

The date for exam is December 2010 as i have asked from one of the officials in PCS office.He told me that the exam would be in December and do start preparation for the exam as when the exam schedule is posted to the candidates then most of the candidates complain that they are not ready and have not prepared anything.So get ready for December.

The said PMS Exam is to be conducted by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission.

Punjab Public Service Commission hasn't yet advertised PMS 2010.

PMS2010 may be delayed because of flood. Judiciary exam in Punjab is also delayed for the same reason. secondly. many students and their families are still living in the camps, so the first priority of the govt would be to properly settle them down in their respective homes or somewhere else.
But we should not waste our time on these rumors. Start preparation with a view that, exam is going to be held in December. You all have two months at max for preparations and make full use of these.

Taking into account the previous practice of PSC KPK, the exam will be after june 2011.
I can say that the PSC staff will hardly arrange the application forms by december 2010.
it is said that according to PSC rules the exam will be during the same year in which the advertisemnt comes but i ve never gone through such rules and it is not hard and fast rule of PSC to conduct exam by december 2010.
Start a good preparation and prepare yourself for december but i am dead sure that exam will after june 2011.

Syllabus
