Yeah you are right....Today I have visited the Commission Office and asked the guys about the theme of the test.
Day 1: Just True/False
Day2: 2 Group Discussions + a short interview with Psychologist.

Can anybody tell that whether the commission office would send the call letters for psychological tests or the candidates should themselve go to the commission office to collect their call letters for psychological tests???

Commission will send you a letter. But if you want to know about the probable date of your Psychological Test then you can estimate it by the following calculations :
Today(Wednesday Nov 2, 2011) : Serial No.9 to Serial No.16 were called.
Tomorrow(Thursday Nov 3,2011): Serial No. 17 to Serial No.24 will be called and so on
Mon-Thursday 8 people are called daily.
On Friday only 5 people
Saturday-Sunday is off

Now calculate your turn by excluding Eid Holidays.

Assalamualikum guys,
Well i am through the Psychological part.
Day one you will have your psychological test in which you have to answer 149 questions in true and false mode by filling in the space provided with a lead pencil(Pencil, rubber and sharpner will be provided by the commission, so dont worry about that). But before that you will have to fill in a form which would require your personal details like that of your education, work experiences, education of father and mother, hobbies and favourite personalities(two each).
Be honest and dont try to trick them as they will know the discrepency in your answers by supervising your Group discussion and then having a detailed interview with you afterwards.
The test would last 1.30 min and that would be it for the first day.
The next day you will first have your group discussion.
Two topics would be given to you one in english and one urdu. Urdu title usually comes first. 15 minutes would be provided for the discussion. All of your fellow candidates, those who took the psychological test with you the previous day, would be with you and you all have to do some quality discussion. Do not cut someone's discussion short by jumping into the conversation before that person completes his point. Do not stray away from the topic. Act maturely.
After that you guys will have 40 minutes break and then you will be called for an interview with the psychologists.
Interview with the psychologist is the most exciting part of this whole exercise. There will be two female psychologists, one mature lady and another a young lady with a hijab.
They gonna dig deep into the hidden parts of your personality and it would be fun. The young lady knows her job well, she grills, ask interrelated questions which she picks up from your performa and the replies you make to her questions.
The interview would last about 15 to 20 minutes.
Be confident and keep it real.

Peace

I cant remember the exact urdu title but that was like " Afrad ka hatoon main hai Aqwam ki taqdeer" a verse of Allama Iqbal's poetry(My urdu memory and sense of poetry is very poor, Sorry).
English title was, "IMF and World bank's role in the uplift and degradation of Pakistan".
