A.o.A all PMS 2011 qualifiers and learned members !!!
I, by the blessings of Almighty Allah, have recently qualified the PMS 2010-11 written exam. Now i m preparing for my Interviews that will be scheduled to be held 14th nov onwards. but, yesterday i received call letter for above-mentioned purpose. All, i want to know from my learned members is that whether what will be the pattern of above-mentioned tests etc.
If any co-member has recently gave his said psy tests etc then do share your experiences. my tests will be on:
2nd nov psychological written tests
3rd nov group discussions and individual psychological interviews.

To which zone you belong and what is your serial number in list of qualifiers of PMS?

i m from zone 5 and i am at no.23
what about you?

I am from zone 2 and my serial number is 214. so, it means that they are going to start the process from zone 5 i.e serial wise.

Dear follow the psychological thread on this forum and also study the way FPSC is conducting these tests.In this thread you will also get information about the past experiences of candidates of CSS.

you also need to visit KPK PSC (psychological wing) for this purpose as this is the first time they are going to conduct these tests because in the previous PMS there were no psychological tests..

Islah bro, Dr. sahb, Arif Awan etc etc (all unsuccessful candidates of PMS thread, soorry for not mentioning the names of all...) were included in the written qualifier list, then you people will see what will be the status/position of this thread...This thread then no doubt would be more romantic, fresh... :p

"Kash" is the worst thing in the life...

to me: every thing will be followed according to serial number and sequence of roll number......

@ PMS psychological test
1. psychological test to assess IQ….
2. group discussion of the current problems / issues… (current affair topic)…(may be one urdu and one english topic)
3. psychological Interview with Psychologists…..

dear all try to read books (doggerz serires for army entry tests/ IQ books ) related to psychological assessment…..

try to work on your deficiencies in psychological tests regarding habits, opinions, decision making, ……
be straight and real….
no need for acting or false statements….
try to be relax and be urself….
also cram ur biodata, achievements, future vision, your aim to enter civil service etc
WOK HARD as possible, bcoz the PCS has also a psychological team and their efficiency is that they arranged MO test for 16000 drz with in one month and now by manually checking they have announced result with in one month….
So be positive and work hard for this part of interview….

@ Interview preparation
after psychological they will start interviews from 14 Nov onwards INSHA ALLAH….
current affairs and optional subjects, with good and effective communication skills……

bro, i am from zone-5 and my roll no. is 903, having serial no 19

well, i saw a post regarding the respective zones allocated to each area...can someone again post that, or they can tell me that which zone i belong to...My city is Bannu

P.S. When our zone's psychological assessment going to be....???
