i want to ask something as i passed the Public service commission exam for economics lecturer and i am at 8th position as per merit kia mujhe interview call ae ge or not ?:glare:

Nops dear :

If there are 13 seats and 300 passed then they send the letters to those candidates who scored 60/100 or more [U][SIZE="4"]NOT [/SIZE][/U]to all passed candidates(whatever be passing marks i.e 40/100 or 50/100)...

Its my practical experience...

Usually they consider "1 seat 10 candidates formula"...

i.e If there are 13 seats then The KPK PSC will call 130 candidates for their interviews...

thanks azhar and prestigious :-) now i am happy but tell me the volume of safarish in that type of postings kio ke my all family members are self made and MASHALLAH all of them have good positions of their carer and they don't believe on safarish sort of things?

interview kis type ka ho ga ??? matlab what kind of question

my name is Isa khan and i have topped that exam of lectureship.....i did not see any benchmark----40,50,60-----on that result result list. They have just displayed the whole result without bifurcating those who passed from those who failed. I need guidance in this regard!

In the written results they do not announce any position. they just list the qualifiers via a serial. so ho did you come to know that you are no 8th.
In interview you should expect questions about your subjects. And questions about your background e.g your village, famous people of your village, your tribe,clan etc.
