yar both the FPSC and PSC panel never entertain such candidates. like in the last year.
but i dont know y the candidates are wasting their time as well as money.
till now no one has been inducted into services who has gone to the courts for the grace marks.

yes today is the last date of the interviews.
now the decision is in the courts hand whether to allow the petitioners or not

Yar as far as my knowledge is concerned, last time court allowed 45 candidates but they all were been failed in interview.
But last time PMS qualifier can give a better answer to this.

N regarding our prediction,
jab tak court faisla nahin karti, we have to wait.
We are not worried for the petitioners
the main worry is of time
the ad came in 2010. N now it's 2012 n still no clue.
N until this result is announced, next pms can't be announced.

N one thing more
those aspirants who didn't qualify this time went through hard time but they have recovered from the shock n are preparing for the next exam.
Whereas, we are in waiting phase.

This is PMS KPK portion and there is huge difference between PMS KPK and PMS Punjab pattern/syllabus.

PMS KPK pattern is just like CSS...

well, i meet three pms officers of 2010 batch in isb, they told me that there were a few people in their batch who got their job after wining their case at the high court and subsequently, clearing the interview. So i think this time also, the efforts of the few would not go all in vain.
