any body please tell me when will be paper in 2011 and 2012 .. please give me info and when will start form submission date.

Which exam you are asking?

If CSS then Papers are going to be in FEB or MARCH 2012.
If it is PMS then Don't worry there isn't any paper expected in 11,12.

Default PMS in 2012
well just dont ignore the year 2012. There are a lot of seats vacant in establishment n they wanted to add it to the seats of 2010 batch but PSC refused it n is planning for the next PMS exam till the end of 2012 most probably.
