Smile Rule regarding Grace marks in the competitive examintion
“Five grace marks may be given to really deserving candidates in one or two papers, provided that such grant of grace marks shall not entitle the grantee to have a better position on the merit list than those successful candidates who have not been granted any grace marks.”

Lightbulb High Court Judgement
In the high court judgement, it is made clear by the additional advocate general that five grace marks can be awarded to the needy candidates.

Yeaah In the rules this para is present but regarding the current PMS it was written Bold and Clear in the Advertisement that no grace marks wil be allowed, The grace marks works especially in Judiciary exam.

In the judiciary exam it is valid because the judges themselves had personal interest in this that's why they decided what they want and in the pms, as they have nothing to do with that's why they decided the case in this manner. shame on all the Pakistanis. they made campaign for the freedom of judiciary. that is the result of this freedom.

now the topic is going towards judicial activism, though I wrote clearly the rules and its application.
