any body please tell me when will be paper in 2011 and 2012 .. please give me info and when will start form submission date.

I think the next exam may be conducted a little earlier,if there are seats available, because the sitting government would want to have another batch in their tenure. The reason for this is ....... you all know.

yes u r right , but how we know thats , positions has been announced and examination date is there will be advertisment in newspaper or these all jobs will be under the table same a usual in government style.

and also brother don't be dis hearted the things you are talking about like the under table e.t.c are very very very rare in competitive exams.

i can give you details of why hey would want to have these post filled in their government.but that would definitely dis heart many aspirants
