I heard a PCS official say, 'The next PMS is going to be announced/advertised in the month of March, and the exams would be held in Dec 2012'.

yara, No authentic source... The only help which we can get at this stage is from the past PMS KPK exam experience... : )

Previous time, PMS adversiment# 6 was advertised on 10 Aug 2010 and exam was from 17 jan till 2 feb 2011...

MEans, it was advertised some 5 months before exam....
Same will be the case in future...

In your case if its in dec 2012 then hopefully, it will advertised in July-August 2012...

Prestigious, I got it confirmed today by making a friend call that person again. He(the official) further said that there were 200+ this time around.

200+ seats* that is.

my friend staying at peshawar,also told that more than 70 seats of DSPs among the seats.
