thats bcoz total number of posts announced were greater than total number of written qualifiers.

does anybody have a rough idea about how many candidates appeared in KPK PMS 2011 and 2010 ? and what is the percentage of passed ones?

Approx: 16000 candidates applied for PMS-2011. Approx:4500 candidates appeared in the written exam, out of which 331 qualified therein. Out of these 331, 89 will be appointed.
