(v) Ineligibility: - Candidates who have already availed three chances in any of the specified examination or a total of four chances in all the examinations shall not be eligible:


Anyone explain please?

Dear Hasnain,

By Serial # 5 statement,
“The person who has availed 3 chances in any of the specified exam”,

They mean the ineligibility a of person who has availed
1- Three chances of PMS or formerly PCS
OR
2- Three chances of Judiciary exam
OR
3- Three chances of Assistant Conservator forest.

While by “total of four chances in all examinations”, they mean the ineligibility of a person who has availed a total of 4 chances from any combination of above mentioned fields (i.e. PMS, Judiciary, Forest).

1st method Apply online (the best one)
How to apply Online??

1:
Download Bank Challan Form
(Submit Rs.285/- in National Bank of Pakistan and get a Challan Number)
2:
Create new account here
(If you are new user then make an account online)
3:
Login to your account
4:
Edit your
Profile
Academic Record
Experience
5:
Now you are ready to Apply for a Post
6:
Now submit these documents to Commission at the earliest before test/interview for the post applied.

Printed e-RECEIPT
Original Bank Challan Form
All your supporting documents
If you are a government servant then attach Departmental Permission Certificate also.

Note: If you want to apply online then you have to download the challan , submit 300 in one of the below mentioned bank and then apply online, which is the most formal and best approach.

Second Method:
Go to any one of these bank and get the form by paying Rs. 300 fee.

Note: Remember that you have to attach a separate sheet mentioning the 600 marks optional subjects.

SPECIFIED BRANCHES OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN.
Main Branches are:-
1. Parachinar, Mardan, Swabi, Malakand, Shangla, Chitral, Timargara, Daggar, D.I.Khan, Bannu, Karak, Kohat, Hangu, Lakki Marwat, Abbottabad, Haripur, and Mansehra.
2. Saddar Road Branch, Tehkal Payan Branch, and G.T Road (Nishtar Abad) Branch Peshawar and University Campus Branch Peshawar.
3. Tehsil Bazar Branch Charsadda, Nowshera Cantt: Branch, Bank Square Branch Mingora and city Branch Tank.
Forms are available now.

well the subject be mentioned online or otherwise get the form from bank and here all subjects to be examed and application form etc are given.

Previous time PMS advertisement last date to apply was 03-09-2010 and exam started from Monday 17.01.2011, i.e, after 4 months and 15 days aprox.
This time last date to apply is 01.01.2013 so this time most probably PMS will be from Monday 13.05.2013 (13 May 2013) or 20.05.2013 (20 May 2013) aprox....

if lecturer or principal writes that one's character was not good i.e., naughty etc ..than?
