@prestigious

I've done B.A (Private) from Peshawar University. No direct link with the administration of University. What is the possible procedure to get the Character certificate from PU.

Secondly, If I failed to attach this Certificate, will I be allowed to set in exam, on condition of providing the certificate later?

Dear, you have done BA as a private candidate, so no need to get character certificate from University of Peshawar. You just need to send a photocopy of character certificate of Institute/college from where you did your FA/F.Sc. Hope its clear now : )

According to public service commission rules:

up till now you can send signed application form, deposited challan,pictures and degrees. You will be allowed to sit in the exam.

If you pass PMS Exam, then you will have to present original degrees and deficiency documents etc.

secondly for optional papers, there is a special sheet attached with the form so we have to encircle our optional subjects there and submit it with the form. Someone has mentioned earlier that we have to write it on blank sheet so keep in mind that it is not acceptable.

thirdly, for private candidates: you should get character certificate from 2 17-BPS govt officers.

what would do in the onlineoption there no one can find printed optional subjects but one can mark it only onces sign in so here you onlyhaf to sent challan wit e-prints and all required documents?am i rite......

I enquired one of my seniors, he told me that the certificate given at the time of completion of F.sc is also the character certificate included and there is no separate Character certificate. Previously there were two separate certificates.

No dear, Matric character certificate can be used for FSc admission and F.Sc character certificate for Bachelor admission but not for KPK PSC jobs.

Inshallah I'll go to Peshawar tomorrow.I'll fill and submit the application form there. I already had the character certificates which I was gotten from the department when I was leaving. Well friends I'll update you with new information and clear your all ambiguities tomorrow when I'll come to home.
