It is illogical and irrational that either the University or the Commission will be asked to arrange separate papers for you. They have only one choice;that is to order the Commission to postpone the papers, if they give the ruling in your favor.Good luck for that. I am far away from Peshawar, about 12 hours drive therefore I cant come to Peshawar time and again to pursue the case. I did what i could.

Regards.

@uopian

Kindly tell me that in which sense it is violation of your fundamental rights? I am a student if law and no constitution of any country allows such right. I mean you want to have your cake and eat it too. That's never going to happen.

@uopian

Giving your MA exam isn't right to education as mentioned in Fundamental Rights.

Even if you defend it via article 25A, but right to secure a job isn't part of your rights.

I agree that you are stuck in a wrong situation but no constitution has any remedy for it.

You have to pick any one of the option.

I know it sounds harsh but I am also doing it.

@ Tashfeen Alam
If you are talking about article 25A in the sense that it is compulsory only up to the age of 16.Constitution will not tell everything in detail and education is education whether elementary or higher education.if a person crosses age of 16 then it means that he need not to attain further education and institutions be left to do what they want even to stop people to attain higher education.
@imbindas
Haha . About which kind of determination you are talking about?. Its my will and determination to give both exams because i am fully prepared for both of them. For me education and securing job both are necessary because if i give pms exam and not of masters then if i failed(luck factor involves there) not only i will lose one chance but also 1 important year of my education and i will pass my masters in parts which will destroy my academic career. if i give masters exam and not pms then God knows when these posts will be advertised.
In these circumstances i will give only one exam So i am between the devil and the deep blue sea.therefore i have filed petition and let the court decides this matter. what it will decide will be acceptable to all of us.
