Local Government Elections and Rural Development Department kpk

Results for Local Government Elections and Rural
Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunhkhwa are announced by NTS.
What will be the further process. what are the cut off marks for interview?

There are 1 post from each category for each of the 26 districts of KPK. The merit will be domicile based. It means every candidate will be in competition with the guys from his district only. Three to four guys will be called for interview from each district. Merit list will be prepared based on the NTS weightage criteria of 10% SSC, 10% HSSC, 5% Bachelor, 10% Master, 50% NTS score and later 15% will be added for interview. In case there is no Master as will be in most of the cases, the weightage will be automatically assigend to the Bachelor and it will be given 15% weightage. I hope it has lessended your confusion up to some extent.

nice info mr Kundi
%10 Master...means 10 % of the CGPA right.
But how could they compare cgpa of let say some private institute (where average gpa of every student z 3.6) with a university like NUST/LUMS etc (where students average gpa is 3.0).
Reason being , its difficult to score good gpa in a top ranked university

If the institution is recognized by PEC and HEC, then it doesn't matter. GPA is gpa whether sought from NUST/UET or any ordinary private institution.

Student from NUST/LUMS get privileged in cases when they say Only Nust/Lums can apply ? So all other Universities are left behind. So dont complain its just a minor favour. Interview+Test Score is 65 % you should be good enough to excel in it atleast.
