hi seniors can you please guide us for the interview prep..which academy in peshawar can best help us in this regard..

My advice to you will be to start preparation on your own. Read Dawn and few magazines like JWT, Press review etc extensively . Make a list of the most important events of the past 6 months and jot down all the relevant information. Cross-question yourself in each and every topic.

Thank a lot bro for the advice..but how to prepare for psychological tests..as I heard that there will be two days psychological tests,both written and oral..last time some of my friends properly prepare themselves and conducted mok interviews etc..wht u suggest?

I have recently been through Psychometric tests for recruitment in Ministry of Defence. I answered everything honestly without even preparing a day for it and by the grace of Almighty, I am one among the qualifiers. There is nothing in particular to prepare. You just have to analyse yourself as they ask questions of MCQ type regarding your personality. As far IQ questions, practice them online.

today I called MM academy. they have arranged all CSS officers (all CSS 2013 allocators) as their faculty. they are of DMG and IRS (cant recall their names!!!)

PMS Psychological Test contains discussions on a topic in Urdu as well as in English, so, you can groom your this skill by group discussions. The rest of the Psychological Test is a piece of cake which you can easily qualify by using a cool and calculated approach. And for the final interview, self-preps is enough. Regards

I think HH academy is more a better option..i went there today and quite satisfy from there staff and methadology

Dear Don't waste your time and money and don't join any academy . so you must meet with the Previous Pms officers. you must revise your course . and if you are a employee of any organization you must study your job description and experience bx they will ask question to your job related
