Angry Marks Sheet of Failed Candidates ???
Can any one inform the forum that Marks Sheet of failed candidates will be issued to them on their addresses or will be provided on the site???? or it will remain with the service commission as secret document???

The note at the bottom of written results says :



Note: DMCs of the failed candidates will be issued after 15th of September 2014.
