Default increase in the current pms seats

I heard through a reliable source that KPK PSC might increase the number of seats for pms because their are many many vacant posts. I heard the current govt is reluctant to increase the posts. Legally speaking, psc can increase or decrease the seats. That might be the reason that more and more people were passed this time

Provincial govt. is already planning to carry out right-sizing and reportedly 44 PMS officers are expected to be included in Surplus Pool. In this backdrop, instant steps seems improbable.
