Thumbs up for the non qualifiers (Y)
AoA !!
To All those who did not qualify the written portion of PMS 2013 Dear Friends Exams are just like a race. Every one runs in the race and some get 1st, 2nd, 3rd status. Some get to the line in time and some don't make it to the line in time. End result; all run. One, who has not made it to get to the end line on time, cannot be termed as a loser, because running was the competition, which he did. Similarly, you guys got the guts to stand in a row to contest for your future. You didn't make it to the passed. But it doesn't mean that you've failed; you just passed in the courage to contest. Better luck for next time. Don't get dis-heart. Continue your struggle, ask for ALLAH, the All Mighty, assistance, and get a certificate of success in near future. May you all live long and find the best in your lives. Note: Please pray for the success of your fellows, who have passed the written portion! |

well. I am worried about those who qualified the written part. I mean a large number, more than the number of css qualifiers even, what does this imply?.........papers were easy to attempt? candidates are more focused now?...or mere lenient marking?..........what about the next steps?..greater competition, of knowledge and Powers.....

Well, PMS exam is not a standard to gauge one's competitiveness or ability because there are examples which can prove the touchstone of PMS and even CSS wrong. So, it doesn't matter who qualified or who couldn't, the real thing is that who'd got the courage to stand up and compete! Even in this PMS, there would be 1122 casualties after the process is completed. I failed 4 times when it comes to the competitive exams but it's business as usual for me, it couldn't defeat my courage. Each time I failed, I gathered my heart, plucked courage and started my struggle anew in a different way. Those who wouldn't be able to make this PMS a success story, for them a miss is as good as a mile. The rest would be history! Good luck friends!
