The 24 blocks formula is not logical. This looks like a draw.

KKPPCS has a unique formula(which seems illogical to me) i-e they distribute the total seats in a 24 24 blocks and then allocate the 1st seat to the candidate with highest marks i-e to the merit then the other 3 seats are allocated to different zones and then the 5th one is again allocated to merit and the other 3 again to zones and so on... I dont know what kind of method it is? and what is the logic behind it?

This was posted by someone in pms kpk 2011 final result post

Come on yar.
These are simple things and everybody knows it.
Our question is how they fill merit seats? What is meant by 24 24 blocks?
Response of senior members is solicited.

In Previous PMS exam, 9 candidates were selected from zone-4, One on merit then 8 on zonal seats and 1 girl on women reserved seats, i.e. total 10 seats
P.s: In previous pms, Most of the merit seats were filled by zone 2, hazara and FATA candidates.

@24 24 blocks:
In case these 3 are taken from zones and then counted in merit then there could have been more selection from other zone 1,3,4,5..

Please clarify the formula.
There must not be any confusion in the upcoming result.
