Instead of just waiting for the date announcement of interview, we should discuss and prepare ourselves for the interview.Date will be announced one day but one should be prepared for that date....seniors please help regarding the interview...

I have the experience of interview previously in IMU. but that was just a formality. What i remember is that the selection committee consists of a team of 4. They checked my original documents, asked me why did i want that job, will i be able to do it cause its 100% traveling, also asked about my previous job, checked my license etc. I think they took less than 5 minutes on each candidate. 42 candidates of peshawar and 36 of Charsadda were interviewed in less than hours
But things may be different this time, so be ready. Be confident.

Bro. what was your response against the question you had been asked? do they selected you that time?

they will not ask you any question regarding rocket science, rather as jan jawad mentioned ask you questions what usual HR managers ask, and a couple of questions regarding M & E.

Do you have any knowledge regarding the timings and visits as should be made by monitoring assistant?
if possible kindly share the whole details, same question is also for whole respected members,

My response was quite poor, that's why didn't get it.
I said i like this job cause it's a govt job, they said it's not it's just a project. Second i did the blunder of showing my job which i thought would be helpful

I don't know much but a friend of mine says they visit 90 schools per month. In vacations. they do other duties like checking price list in market. The job is little tough regarding threats to MDCAs from corrupt pakistani nation

So what was your position in your district and the number of total seats then, and what's your position now and number of seats? Which district are you from?

if you were employed and you make them aware of it then definitely your chances are minimized, moreover HR ______ always wants solid answers, my next question would be same as saamboy........
