Unjust and Unfair Selection in IMU

i visited their office 3 days ago and received my appointment letter. went through medical examination and bought my service book as per their instructions. now we are required to reach their office on monday.

Just for the record. I would like to mention my experience. I got 81 in NTS. There were only 4 men who scored above 81 in my district and only 50 men scored above 81 out of 30,000 in the whole province. Total seats 9 and as expected, with public sector u never know, I am not selected. Some said you were not meant for this job which is a good technique to cope with frustration.
And yes! there were many present at the interview who were not on the list officially. In the interview I was asked to introduce myself, what did I do and if I had a license and degree.

United Front against Corruption and fraud in recruitment of IMU health officer
 

Hi everybody.
I Know most of you have queries about the recruitment of Monitoring and Data Collection Assistants in KPK health department. I too have.

I got 82 in NTS, 3rd in district swat, shortlisted for interview and neglected finally. Worse, the topper of NTS from Swat with 92 marks was also not considered.

I have visited the department, researched, discussed and got that

[B]the Problem:[/B]

the main problem was that they never counted the NTS marks in the process.
Selection was on the basis of qualification and interview.
Qualification was almost similar for all.
Therefore the defining factor was interview marks i.e 8/100.
In this way they left opened room for corruption and nepotism.
May be would more problem as well.

[B][/B]Solution:[B][/B]

The solution is in legal front. I have already started it and will go to any length for my right. (the final front is High Court)

I have united some of my friends from different districts.
I invite you all to give a united front so that we succeed.
What our final demand would be, will be decided together.

Stand for your rights now or you will always be humiliated.

Qayyum you too! Hey man, now I'm feeling sorry. There can be two possibilities, either they went for mediocres or this was a sheer act of cronyism.
