ANS: my socio economic conditions forces me to opt for this job, current trend in markets makes it very hard for freshers to find a place in markets of punjab, while markets of kpk (private and government) are scarce of job,

don't blame the selection... because it is on merit..
How merit???
NTS take exam and topper are called for interview. those are rejected in the test which have low marks. Before this all the list of selection candidates are are displayed and no one know how they are selected??
It is better which is happening in past..
