How will they select[/QUOTE]

No one really knows. Actually seat allocation per district hasn't been announced yet. And it's dubious because number of vacancies and number of districts don't coincide. 19 against 25. So rightly said, keep your fingers crossed.

well i don't have degree yet, neither provisional certificate or transcript, actually i have done engineering and a big defaulter now, i will be able to secure transcript and provisional certificate by cutting half of my debt. is it enough for interview ? or degree is must  and what about driving license?
i topped my district and another candidate has the same marks too.
:thinking

The first thing you need to do is to apply for driver's license, then have at least transcript in hand when you walk into the interview. You can't say yes sir, I'm the one who has graduated but no degree/transcript or any other proof. If you do so, you probably will hear one of them saying he's husband of Hilary Clinton but without any document :haha
