Default Best book for PMS KP Psychological written test
Best book for PMS KP Psychological written test:

"Psychological Assessment and Interview" by Dr. Waheed Asghar (PAS officer) Publisher: Jahangir exam Cram Series is the most relevant and to the point book for PMS Psychological Test.
It is available in Prince bookshop Sadar, Price. Rs. 380.
Read it from page 91 to 131.
This will help you a lot for 2 hour Psychological Test. The remaining chapters will help you for the second phase i.e command task, group discussion and final interview.

P.S: Suggestions of Senior members, PMS, CSS officers are highly welcomed.

Yes, page 143 to 153 deals with information/suggestions related to personality assessment..

Where are you people heading towards??
You people will now read books for psychological, group discussion and interviews???
i mean, come on, use your BRAINS folks , they would immediately point out all bookish in you which may badly influence your interview marks..

If this is the case then Why many people approach to csp and pms officers for interview and psychological??
Practice makes a man perfect. For Psychological one should know what to say and what to avoid. Interview has also two parts, one part pertain to your knowledge and other to your personality. Many advantage for those who have no access to csp, pms officers. Atleast this book will enhance your confidence level, morale and you will be mentally more prepared.

p.s: if any one don't want to buy this book then they may google these topics.

As far as my thinking works, i feel that the knowledge part is over with the end of written portion.Now is the time to show them(not show off, ofcourse)our personality.They would ask informative questions even with respect to keeping our personality in view. And since we cannot change what we feel and how we respond to certain stimuli, it would not be suitable we go for ANY BOOK for psychological plus interview.
