A 4 member panel. Kind and cooperative one. Supporting and time giving members.

Chairman a kind person greeted upon entry.
Interview started as follows
CH. A brief intro of you? replied
Completd your degree in philosophy? So we will share a philosophy today a smile was there.
CM.It,s nice ,okay So what was ground breaking project in your region? replied
Chairman; What are you doing now?
CM; Since when? WHOSE INSTITUTE?
iS IT FLOURISHING?

Second mem; U are 1st div till M.Phil so a scientist , want to join PMS, WHY SO?replied
SM; optionls? replied
SM; What is sociology? replied
SM; how bureaucrats are positive?
SM, Its your view or that of sociologist ME (mine)
SM; BASic sources of shria? replied
SM, and what else?
SM, CII verdict about DNA rigt or wrong? replied
Third mem; A discussion sort of about (Jihad, Taliban etc,) a detailed one a bit.

more than hundred candidates had faced the final panel but hardly, sorry to say this, 5,6 candidates shared their interview experience on forum
