Default Grievance Redressal Committe regarding Teaching Assistants Appointements
A.A all,
This is to inform all concerned that the Higher Education Department,KPK has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee on Nov 06,2014 for resolution of appointment related issues of all the concerned TAs which will receive complaints till Nov 20,2014.
It is one of the few demands of all the TAs that they should be made "Contract Lecturers" in order to have mental satifaction through job security.All the concerned TAs are hereby requested to give in written an application duly signed from all demanding fulfillment of this demand.The application should be addressed to the Special Secretary,Higher Education Department,KPK before Nov 20,2014.

I have also submitted a complaint in Peshawar Hight Court against the ambiguous process of HED regarding the Post of Teaching Assistants. I have got highest marks in district Peshawar in Microbiology but HED did not issue my appointment letter and when I inquired about it, I was told that the subject of Microbiology along with two or three other subjects have been excluded from the list of appointment because these subjects are not taught in colleges. This is sheer injustice. I have sent complaint letter to Education Secretary, Education Minister, Chief secretary and Chief Minister too.
