please reply is it ok to pay fee after the expiry date as i have already online but could not pay till 31 jan(last date of fee )...?

you cant apply online without fee deposit..expire mean ExPire

i think in CSS you can do it. your entry is on provisional basis, meaning you are let to take exam and your eligibility is looked at later.not sure about PMS. why dont you just go to the commission and ask them.
