yes sure my interview was pretty easy fortunately and unfortunately i did not prepared what they asked me.
the chairman was interested to check my authority over ISLAMIC history's UMMAYAD period(my weak point) the 2nd membr asked me 5 questions in indo pak history i dropped one n answered 4.the 3rd member was from H.E.C he asked about questions of job description and 2 shortcut keys commands of Ms.word.and gave me 2 sentemces to convert it into english
thats it maximum 7-8 minutes interview.
prepare your last qualification u mentioned in your form.I had mentioned BA (Political science and history) thats why they asked me questions in history.
besides the also asked questions about IMAN E MAJMAL, MUFASSAL, SAJDA SAHO, and some general questions like pak-china economic corridors importance etc from other candidates.
yes narks in the test does not matter one of my friends scored 91 while I scored 67 unfortunately he is not selected.your academics and your performance in interview count only.

These posts are upgraded to grade 16 now and a grade 16 employee withdraws a salary of round about 35000... I am not sure but I think 12000-15000 is the basic pay of grade 16, while adding house rent allowance, transport allowance etc. the figure crosses 35000.
