Yes by the Grace of Allah all mighty. First of all, unstructured interviews are very subjective. One never knows what is the criteria for selection. In my opinion, based on my experiences over the past two years, the following factors bears considerable influence in selection decisions.

i). Unambigious answers.
ii). Bold and confident attitude.
iii). Logical replies.
iv). Sound reasoning.
v). Command over one's academic background.
vi). Humility.
vii). Handling uneasy questions in a professional manner. i.e. not yeilding to pressure.

Secondly, all the other factors like academics(usually) , dressing, language barriers, pre-interview anxiety etc etc have minimal impact on selection decisions.

Finally, there is always something better in case of rejection.

P.S: Always pass on whatever you learn. Decisions had already been made somewhere else. They are just announced on proper time.

@imbindas This is my second interview with Khalid SB and yes he is very benign. I just assumed from other perspective as I supposed from your posts that you might be already working on better position. And beware of this engineer, he visited us on Friday.

Most of the questions were asked from current affairs internal and externals I.e isis , Iran deal, mqm etc. Even strange questions are also asked I.e a candidate was asked to point out famous schools of his locality and number of students in it, he was from banu. So anticipate anything.
