Dear All,

currently i am working as Assistant professor in private university. Recently i am recommended for the post of AD in police (Research and analysis wing). Kindly help me which post is better .

Sir, You are Assistant professor which is very prestigious and an independent position. But it must also be noted that AD in police department has its own weightage. It would be very powerful but one has to look into its future prospect in terms of service structure.

Sir I work here in KP police department in R&A wing as Analyst (16), let me tell you one thing, so for there is no office for ADs, net salary is almost 40 thousands. And so for I don't see anything like power for ADS or even director. Yes you can cash your position specially in police department. .
Let me ask one question, did they recommend you as AD Quantitative or Qualitative? Or GIS etc?

Dear Zia Ullah,

Thanks for the detail reply. Actually I am recommended as AD telecom in police department. Kindly let me know about the salary, privileges and expected joining date . Result was declared on Monday (16-7-2017). How much it will take, for medical checkup and verification of degrees etc
