When result will be announced for Inspector?

Ability Test was easy as compared to the fear which I got from different people that Service commission tests are extremely difficult.

Ability test result has been uploaded on KPPSC

Tentative Target Marks in each Zone/Quota
Merit Zone 1 Zone 2 Zone 3 Zone 4 Zone 5
- 65 68 66 67 59

Does this mean that its KPPSC tentative ( Aarzi) target marks, and they will check the availability of candidates with same or above these marks or this merit is already set by KPPSC and will call the candidates with marks same or above described upper?
