I could get only 64 from Zone-3.

I have managed to get 62 from Zone-4 and the tentative target score for this zone is 67. My question is that can the "Tentative" factor keep our hopes alive? If yes then, how?

I am not sure, but may be they lower the merit if they found someone who is ineligible.
