This is very injustice .... Dear I have written a letter to KPPsC Chairman and to chief justice high court as well as CM Complaint Cell and Chief secretary Complaint cell for taking strict action against the responsible persons as well as re-arranging the test for all the candidates of KP and i would suggest all of you to do the same please.

Subject: Re-scheduling of Ability Test for the Post of Tehsil Municipal Officers (BPS-17) for B.I.S.E. Abbottabad only. At Peshawar Center.
Respected sir,

This is Bilal Ali one of the candidate who recently appeared for the screening test of TMO conducted on on 31st of January 2018 . It is with great grief to bring into your kind notice that beside open use of Mobile/Cell phone in the exam hall during the said exam, ironically the paper was leaked 2-hours prior to the test which is an open secret and everybody is aware of this anomaly which is totally against the norms of KPPSC. In light of this, KPPSC has re-sechedule test of the subject post for Abbottabad (as uploaded on KPPSC website).

Keeping in view the above facts, it is humbly requested that strict action may kindly be taken against the responsible persons. Moreover, the subject screening test be re-scheduled for all the candidates of KP instead of re-conducting it only for Abbottabad please.

Looking forward for your favourable response towards my application.

WELL it is my utmost duty to inform you that the test reschedule of bise abbottabd centre only because the answer sheet geven to the future tmo's were not of that centre. and the aspirents refused to answer the paper on mere simple sheet. so please don't spread rumours. yes the snapshots should not be on the social media and strict action shall be initiated against the culprits, and on the bases of this experience the system should be developed and foolproof mechanism need to be implemented .

I think this boy is among the one's who got paper as a token of gift, before commencement of exam.

You r the only one defending that the paper was not leaked.

I hve been just pointing out the malpractice of KPPSC, because not every one have contacts like u Mr. Kharsar. This factum is related with the future of those who r trying to get government jobs.

How can you deduce that the whole process was questionable? How convenient!! Bear this in mind that No system or process is foolproof. People disobey and carry smart phones to exam centers; others use to cheat with it; some take snaps of the question paper. Arranging an activity on such a large scale and that too in just 300/- is commendable. Thumbs up to KPPSC STAFF AND OFFICERS.

Its this sort of unfortunate behaviour that spread pessimism among the youth. Only with optimism can a candidate with guts overcome any obstacle and serve the nation. Bear this in mind, during service you will have to work with minimum facilities and resources; if you guys cannot tolerate such minor instances and complain every now and them then SORRY you cannot serve our Great Nation.

Well, well, well, angry lady! Let me give you some idea about the things in the Government Service Sector. 1. Rs. 300/-: KPPSC is not a commercial concern rather it's an autonomous government institution, it's being run by your taxes et al., and not Rs. 300/- (Rs. 300/- goes to the Provincial Consolidated Fund). 2. Meagre Facilities & Resources: Ours is a nation where the lot of government servants are the most corrupt (we are standing at 146th/176 countries as per the Transparency International's Corruption Perception Index). Resources are there but the major chunk of these resources goes to the insatiable bellies of the executives (those wielding DDO powers). Where a one sign may cost a person even hundred of thousands, you raise your voice against this corrupt, fundamentally bad and bankrupt system and you'll branded as a traitor and the songs of patriotism will be there just to compel you for toeing the line of status quo. Come on yar! Ours' society is like a jungle: survival of the fittest. But here the term fittest has got so many connotations (being competent is not what it solely stands for). Respect!
