Brother. I don't have any idea about highest marks in test. And my academic score is 16 out of 20, which takes me to 50. I am from zone 2. Its not that big difference,i think Interview marks will decide our fates

Ror Interview Marks are important but not that much. Look, I've been running in these sorts of competitions since 2009 (even I was on top of the list in two exams of General Recruitment as per the Screening Test Result with extraordinary interview performances) but due to my poor academic performance (as I opted for the Arts Subjects starting right from my Matriculation), I couldn't secure a decent job through KPPSC. And the great obstacle in this regard has been my poor academic score as per the KPPSC's Academic Evaluation Formula (AEF). Just have a look of the OA (Est.) Result/Merit List, there you'll find that I'm standing at No. 2 in the interview but failed to secure that slot. Why? My academic score is the major culprit behind all my failures in these General Recruitment filtration process.

@adil. Nu ka interview ke sta score kha v nu bya dai ta senga pate kole she yar. I mean if someone has a low academic score and he wants to make up for it in interview, he won't be able to do so? Ka yo alak BS pa zay bsc ya b.a kere v nu agha ta ba disadvantage v irrespective of his good test score and good interview??
