Naib Tehsildar vs Data Entry Operator

Dear Senior Members,

Please advise,

If you have the opportunity to adopt the one post among Data Entry Operator (BPS-16) in PESCO\Wapda and the other Naib Tehsildar (BPS-14) in Revenue deptt which will you go for?

Please share your valuable experience regarding both the positions. Which is more valuable in future.
