Smile KPK psc selection criteria
f any one know plz help
what is KPK psc selection criteria i applied for Instructor post only intervew was held no written tes was conduced what will be interview marks weight-age and academic marks weight-age for selection .Is division mater in final selection or not

Dear in matters where there is no written exam conducted by the PSC, Interview is considered to be a decisive factor. For these kind of posts the selection criteria is mainly focused on three areas:

1. Interview
2. Qualification (grade/academic marks matter here also a person having higher qualification will be assigned higher marks)
3. Job experience

Well I do not remember the exact marking criteria but its like this :

1. Interview 60%
2. Qualification 25%
3. Job experience 15%

You can confirm it from the commission office.

In january 2013 New posts are announced by KP PSC having deadline february 15. What is procedure to hire for these posts. Will there be a recruitment test? The link is given below:
