well sohail, do you know how much fist division or second division matters in PSC exams. What poportion in marks is given to Interview and what to test? Please guide me If anyone there can surely tell.

sir, as far as i know the division is as under:

test: just short-listing
academic: 30% (obtained marks of last three degrees are considered, no role of first division)
interview: 60%
experience etc.: 10%

sir most wanted,first of all accept my hartiest congrats on joining c&a dept..sir i'hv few ques regarding office assistant.kindly share us upto which grade office assistant can be promoted.& is there any diffrence b/t office asst & admin officer.?

1. an office assistant if gets chance can reach to grade 20. normally he reaches to 18-19 till his retirement.

2. as far as your second question is concerned, i would say sorry, for i do not know about the position of admin officer.

please tell me that the recomendiees of kppsc civil sect E/A deptt can be posted any where in kpk or only at the offices in the zones against which candidate is hired?i.e if the candidate is selected on the post of zone 5 then after selection he would be posted in the office of E/A deptt ot zone 5 or any where in kpk.? with thanks.

really sorry for delay reply, brother the officials of secretariat E/A Deptt are posted only in the main departments of secretariat means civil secretariat Peshawar, whatever zone they belong to.

It is mcqs based and is equally distributed among pak affairs, general knowledge, english and islamiat. Also negative marking is there.
